The Suite is 560 actual sq. ft.. Located on the 2nd floor on the North end of our Motel and includes:
* 2 private bedrooms - 1 w/king & 1 w/queen - w/bedding included - ceiling fans
* living room w/2 hide-a beds & ceiling fan: 1 double & 1 single - bedding included
*** 2 bathrooms with shower: 1 set per person - bath, hand towel & washcloth "fresh every other day"
* Bathmat or kitchen rag & towels - to exchange $2.oo charge * Blow dryer * Shampoo-conditioner * Soap
*** Full kitchen: * Gas Range * Full refrigerator * Microwave * Toaster * 12 cup coffee maker * pots,
pans, dishes, cups, eating & cooking utensils * Wide screen cable TV * Wi Fi
Cleaning: cleaning products provided, broom & dust pan, vacuum, Swiffer mop & pads, dish soap,
rag & towels, trash bags & toilet paper. Heating & AC. *** Access to Gas Grill on the Deck
A Motel Suite with the feeling of a cabin & at a reasonable rate too.
***This is a non-smoking accommodation - there is a deck you can go out on to smoke.
A Refundable Cleanup & Damage Deposit of $175.00 is charged to Reserve. (Clean your own house)
**** You must do the following with 1 inspection only or forfeit $75.00 of the deposit!!!
Failure to pass inspection the first time will result in no refund & harassment by guest in attempt to
get a refund will not be tolerated and law enforcement will be called.
1. Sweep & Swiffer mop laminate & tile floors // Vacuum Carpet areas.
2. Clean all kitchen appliances inside & out & counter tops surfaces. Clean dining table & area.
3. Wash, dry & put away all pots, pans, dishes & utensils. 4. Take trash to the dumpster.
5. Best time to complete cleanup is just prior to Check out, with everyone out of suite for inspection.
6. Sorry, but "looks good enough" without actually doing the complete cleanup list, will not pass.
7. We offer customers to be able to save by cleaning up, but for those that do not wish to. Please notify
us at least 24 hrs. in advance if you are forfeiting $75 of deposit and we will gladly cleanup for you.
This Suite is in our Motel Building - Respectful, quiet behavior is required as in any Motel Hotel.
