Refundable Clean up and damage deposit of $175.00. Do cleanup list on cabin's page for refund of $75.00 or chose to waive refund "1 day advance notice required" & have us gladly cleanup for you. No damage for refund of balance.
***** Heater use is a $15 a day propane charge.
*** Soiled (Urine) beds: You wash the Sheets at our Laundromat - $6.00 charge or I wash $10.00 charge // Mattress Pad must be washed
separately by us - a $12.00 charge or ***** use products to prevent this situation. Fail to take care of or inform us & forfeit damage dep.
Your Guest: (persons who do not have a reservation to stay at Black Hills Cabins & Motel @ Quail's Crossing) visiting over a 1/2 hr. for any reason.
Charge w/tax of $15.83 per person - per day paid by their arrival. (Guest hours: 7am to 10pm - no exceptions).
Deposit to Reserve: 100% // cleaning and damage deposit due on arrival
Cash or check payment reservations 100% deposit mailed with signed Confirmation document. Cleaning & damage deposit due on arrival.
All reservations require signed Confirmation & CC charge ( or check ) documents returned by email within 2 day of reserving
Documents are email out - Inquire for USPS mailed out documents for signature. Check deposit must be received within 5 working days.
Cancellation request must be in writing by email or USPS: w/date, name, address, phone # & confirmation #. No Exceptions!!!
Cancellation must be at least 5 days prior to arrival date & reserved to another paid in full party 2 days prior to arrival date to receive a
refund less 30% service charge.
NO Exception and sorry no Excuses. We held the accommodation for you & cannot be liable for your change of plans.
Qualified reservation refunds will be processed up to 7 business days after checkout date, refund to your account will then be processed
in the time frame required by the CC companies.
